When faced with an untenable situation, do you seek solutions or imagine the worst?

Less than two weeks ago, I badly sprained my ankle while walking my dog, Scooby.

On the very same day, my partner accepted a new job in Montreal, meaning he would have to move to a new province (over 5 hours away by car) in two weeks’ time.

He moves tomorrow morning.
